Get Involved!
We believe parents are one of the most important educational partners in the success of their child's education. Below are some of the ways to get involved.
SSC
School Site Council (SSC)
The School Site Council (SSC) is comprised of both school and parent/community members and is responsible for developing the content of the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). The SSC reviews and updates, on an annual basis, the proposed expenditures detailed in the SPSA. The SPSA is then reviewed and approved by the MCSD Board of Trustees.
We hope that you will plan to attend our SSC meetings. This important group helps to plan, monitor and modify our school site plan to ensure that all of our students get equal access to the core curriculum.
